Our Chapter is based in Dumfries, Prince William County, Virginia, and we received our Charter on September 8, 1999. If you are local to our area, and would like information about joining click here or mail a letter to Rolling Thunder®, Inc., Virginia Chapter 3, P.O. Box 265, Dumfries, VA 22026, and request an application. There are no restrictions on membership. Although the majority of our members ride motorcycles, we are not a motorcycle club, therefore you are not required to own or operate a motorcycle. What you must be is a man, woman or child who is dedicated to our mission and willing to donate your time and effort to see that it is accomplished.

Veteran's Day









1,827 Americans remain missing in Vietnam. Since the war ended over 6,000 reports concerning Americans still alive in Southeast Asia have been received by the government. 600 Americans were lost in Laos (The Black Hole), NOT A SINGLE MAN WAS EVER RELEASED. The Pathet Laos government stated on several occasions that they held prisoners, yet our government NEVER NEGOTIATED FOR THEIR FREEDOM. These men were abandoned by the government for which they bravely fought. WILL YOU ABANDON THEM TOO?






Mission Statement:

The major function of ROLLING THUNDER® ,INC. is to publicize the POW/MIA issue; to educate the public that many American prisoners of wars were left behind after all previous wars and to help correct the past and to protect future veterans from being left behind should they become prisoners of war/missing in action. We are also committed to helping American veterans from all wars.
