Thank you for considering membership in our Chapter. Before you complete the application we want you to know that our officers and directors take our mission very seriously and expect a similar level of commitment from the general membership.

We are not a motorcycle club. Events such as Rolling Thunder^® on Memorial Day weekend and our annual POW/MIA Awareness run and Ceremony have the specific purpose of drawing public attention to the POW/MIA issue. These are demonstration rides meant to heighten our countrymen's consciousness about our prisoners of was and those still missing in action

Rolling Thunder^®,Inc. is not about wearing cool patches. If your motivation for joining is to get the "PATCHES" so you can look like a bad ass biker, look to some other organization. Our patches represent an organization dedicated to the return of our POW/MIAs and ensuring that the servicemen and woman of today and tomorrow will not be left behind.

Rolling Thunder^®, Inc., VA Chapter 3 is about commitment, volunteerism and work. If you are unable or unwilling to devote a portion of your time to planning, organizing and participating in events and fundraisers, please look elsewhere. If, on the other hand, you are committed to enhancing the lives of our veteran and servicemen and women while keeping the focus on our POW/MIAs, then this is the place for you. You will be welcomed as a long lost brother or sister.
